a few great images

the photographer Dorothea Lange, famous for excellent photos that humanized the tragic consequences of the Great Depression and profoundly influenced the development of documentary photography during the great depression. She was one of several photographers that were working for a government agency, the Farm Security Administration, that wanted the state of the people to be captured for historical perspective. Jack Delano was another, and they were both incredibly good photographers http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dorothea_Lange

Holy hot rod Batman! Look at the car photography of this studio commisioned by Petersen Museum for it's online photos!

1938 Delahaye type 135m coachwork by Figoni and Falashi, which was purchaed new for a customer in Oran Algeria, and was found in '92 under an olive tree in the Algerian Mouintains!
Some incredible strories, 1939 Bugatti type 57c originally given to the Prince of Persia, finally left the Shah's garage for $275 dollars in 1959. Then was owned by lots of Bugatti enthusiasts and finally restored in 1983, before ever being shown in public. The windshield is able to lower into the cowl by a hand crank!

Fabian Laghi is the photographer... well done, not cheesy. If you bought American Rodder about 10 years ago, this will be familiar

http://www.fabianlaghi.com/ the website is accompanied by music like the Ocean's 11 theme, and this is number 8 of the Advertising / Fox section.

This guy is good! Not safe for work, but then I'm not at work.
