On the far right is Horace Miner, along with the man on the far left was the first motorbike police in Escondido. His grand-daughter says that a motorcycle accident ended his life, and it was probably from running into a horse.... which I suppose was a split second occurance, and knowing how spooky horses are...

The 1st motorcycle police in Escondido Ca.
On the far right is Horace Miner, along with the man on the far left was the first motorbike police in Escondido. His grand-daughter says that a motorcycle accident ended his life, and it was probably from running into a horse.... which I suppose was a split second occurance, and knowing how spooky horses are...
